Welcome to AIM Inspections. By using our website, scheduling an inspection, or engaging any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our site or services.

1. About AIM Inspections

AIM Inspections provides residential home inspection services throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Our goal is to offer clear, objective evaluations to help clients make informed decisions. We are not contractors and do not perform repairs.

2. Inspection Scope

Our inspections follow industry standards and focus on visual, non-invasive assessments. This means:

• We examine accessible areas only.
• We do not dismantle systems, move personal property, or access unsafe spaces.
• We do not guarantee future performance of any system or structure.
• Findings reflect the condition on the date of inspection only.

A full written report will be provided after the inspection.

3. Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the property on the scheduled date. If access is delayed, restricted, or unsafe, AIM Inspections may cancel or reschedule the inspection at our discretion.

4. Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AIM Inspections may charge additional fees for:

• Properties over a certain size
• Multi-unit buildings
• Crawlspace or attic evaluations requiring extra time
• Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling

Any fees will be disclosed prior to booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

A home inspection is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy.
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• AIM Inspections’ total liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection.
• We are not liable for hidden defects, future failures, or issues not visible during the inspection.
• We are not responsible for damages caused by contractors, sellers, agents, or third parties.

6. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

• Read the full report thoroughly.
• Seek licensed professionals for repairs, further evaluation, or specialty inspections (e.g., mold, plumbing, roof, foundation).
• Use the report as one tool in your decision-making process, not the sole basis for determining property value or suitability.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use automated tools to access or disrupt the site
• Copy or distribute our content without permission

All content on this site—including text, images, and logos—is the property of AIM Inspections.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
Completed inspections are non-refundable due to the time and expertise involved.
